Cancellation conditions:

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to icSmartGrid@gmail.com

The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation:


  • 25% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received before May 10, 2025
  • 50% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received between May 11, 2025 and May 20,2025 included.
  • 100% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received after May 20,2025.

In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Turkey.
