Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellation request must be sent by email to icSmartGrid@gmail.com.
  • Before June 20, 2026: 25% of the registration fees / additional order will be deducted.
  • Between June 21 - June 25, 2026 (included): 50% of the registration fees / additional order will be deducted.
  • After June 25, 2026: 100% of the registration fees / additional order will be deducted (no refund).
  • In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Turkey.
Payment Information
  • Registration fees are given in EURO. When paying by credit card, the Stripe system will withdraw the amount in AED.
  • If you need a wire transfer account, please send us a message at icSmartGrid@gmail.com.
  • Your payment slip and invoice will be sent to your email directly right after you complete your payment.
